Founded and managed a high-end HVAC consulting & installation company, specializing in energy savings for commercial and industrial buildings, with 1,200 customers, including 230 commercial buildings. Installations included projects over 150 tons of cooling.

Founded non-profit Ecological Education Center, Inc. to promote ecology and renewable energy education.

Arthur V. Martin

As a design-build mechanical contractor Art Martin specialized in applications for clean rooms, manufacturing, hospitals, schools, hotels and the food and candy industry. His work has been recognized on numerous occasions by major industry publications.

Mr. Martin has acted as a consultant to private companies and industry across the United States and in over a dozen foreign countries. He is considered one of the country’s leading authorities on the application of gas technologies for energy conservation and an expert in dehumidification and indoor air quality applications, especially for tropical climates. He has pioneered a building assessment program to prepare for and prevent damage from bioterrorism attacks.

Art has 35+ years of international experience and has conducted in excess of 4000 building assessments for chemical, biological, and bacterial contamination and has written specialized remediation protocols. He is considered an expert in indoor air quality management to prevent and control pathogens responsible for illness and infections, particularly in tropical and sub tropical environments.
