Training your Staff and Managers

EEA has developed training programs to create baseline and advanced knowledge about energy efficiency and best business practices. Interested and prepared employees will actively watch for savings opportunities, and will self-police bad habits and waste in your buildings and vehicles. Empowering your managers with common goals and milestones will encourage good leadership which may lead to increased morale, teamwork, and even new savings opportunities.

Our training may be accomplished on or off-site, at times convenient to you. We may make the training as informal or formal as the situation requires. At your discretion, certificates of completion suitable for framing may be granted to individuals, to a building, or for your entire enterprise.
